Review of Max Workouts

hi sugarplums, so in a bid to lose all unwanted fat and stay fit, I came across Max Workouts by Shin Ohtake.


This is not like your everyday workout, this is SERIOUS BUSINESS. It's a 90 day workout program. it is broken down to 3 weeks interval because your body takes like 3 weeks to get used to an exercise.
Level 1: 3 weeks
Level 2: 3 weeks
Level 3: 3 weeks
Level 4: 3 weeks

I lost 5kg in roughly three weeks without really following the workout schedule.
